Applications Open for Japanese Cuisine Training Program and World Sushi Cup JAPAN 2026

Applications are now open for the “Japanese Food and Dietary Culture Human Resource Development Support Program” (Invited Training Program). This training program invites non-Japanese chefs specializing in Japanese cuisine to Japan, where they can acquire fundamental knowledge and skills related to Japanese cuisine through training at Japanese restaurants. (Certain training expenses will partially be covered.)
Applications are also open for the preliminary round of the Japanese Cuisine Competition (Sushi Category) – World Sushi Cup JAPAN 2026, a competition designed to determine the best sushi chef among non-Japanese nationals.

Japon Yemekleri ve Yemek Kültürü Yaygınlaştırma Personel Yetiştirme Destek Projesi (Davetli Eğitim) için başvurular başlamıştır.
